From dashboard to agent

Until now, Contextual Intelligence showed you a ranked list of companies and asked you to act on it. The new model is different: an AI agent acts on your behalf, and surfaces only what needs a human decision.

The Siemens build is intentionally minimal: a harness plus an MCP server. There is no SaaS dashboard to keep running. The agent loop runs headless, either on a developer machine or on a customer host, and is driven by whatever MCP-compatible client the team already likes.

The 28-tool surface

The server exposes 28 tools — qualify a company, score its fit, find contacts, classify applicable regulation, and more. The agent chains them into a loop: qualify the queue, keep the HOT and WARM companies, find their contacts, persist them for review, and annotate which regulations apply.

Each step is auditable and reversible. Nothing is auto-acted-on: contacts enter as PENDING_REVIEW, aligning with DSGVO data minimization. You approve before any outreach.

Multi-regulatory by design

Every discovered lead is tagged with the regulations that apply to it — EU AI Act, the Cyber Resilience Act, DSGVO, NIS2, and sector laws such as MDR when the signal calls for it.

That is not a compliance dashboard slapped on top. It is classification wired into discovery, so a lead never appears without its regulatory context.

Public signals pile up faster than a human can read. An agent reasons over them continuously, scores companies with evidence, and only interrupts you with a qualified lead and the reasons behind it.
