Everything you need to know about multi-domain signal intelligence
Multi-domain signal intelligence is the systematic monitoring, detection, and analysis of signals from grants databases, funding sources, patent offices, regulatory agencies, clinical trial registries, and market intelligence feeds. Our platform turns fragmented multi-domain data into actionable business intelligence, including grant opportunity alerts, qualified B2B leads, competitive tracking, and market trend detection.
Our platform continuously crawls 100+ global data sources across 10+ countries. It detects new signals across four domains — grants, leads, competition, and markets — classifies them by type and relevance, scores each signal for urgency and lead quality, and delivers the results through dashboards, alerts, and API feeds. Machine learning models enrich each signal with context, company profiles, and actionable recommendations.
We monitor 100+ data sources including grant databases (EXIST, BMBF, Horizon Europe, ERC, LOEWE, ZIM), funding databases (Crunchbase, PitchBook, SEC EDGAR), regulatory agencies (FDA, EUDAMED, ANVISA, NMPA, PMDA, TGA, Health Canada), clinical trial registries (ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, ReBEC), patent offices (USPTO, EPO, JPO, CNIPA, KIPO), market databases, and trade publications.
Grant databases and regulatory agencies are polled daily. Funding rounds and partnership announcements are tracked in near-real time through press releases and SEC filings. Patent databases are polled weekly. Our system processes and scores new signals within minutes of detection.
Yes. We offer a REST API, webhook notifications, Slack integration, and email digests. Custom integrations via webhook allow you to push signals into CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, collaboration tools, or internal data pipelines. Enterprise customers also get SSO and dedicated integration support.
We track four domains: (1) Grants — EXIST, BMBF, Horizon Europe, ZIM, LOEWE, ERC funding calls; (2) Leads — funding rounds, new company formations, product launches, partnerships, hiring activity, market expansion; (3) Competition — patent filings, regulatory clearances, clinical trials, trade restrictions, standards updates, reimbursement changes; (4) Markets — regulatory harmonization, WHO prequalification, new country regulations, tariff policies, economic indicators, investment programs.
Each signal is scored on a 0-100 scale using a weighted model that considers domain relevance, company profile match, market overlap, competitive proximity, and historical conversion patterns. Scores above 70 are considered high priority, 40-69 medium, and below 40 low priority. Scoring models are customizable per customer.
Both. Real-time signals are available through our dashboard and webhook notifications, typically within minutes of a data source update. We also provide daily and weekly digest reports, trend analysis, and custom batch exports for customers who prefer periodic reviews.
Yes. Our historical database spans back to January 2023 and includes over 150,000 indexed signals across all four domains. Historical data is accessible through the dashboard search, API queries, and custom data exports.
We cover Germany (EXIST, BMBF, BMWK), European Union (Horizon Europe, ERC, EUDAMED), United States (FDA, SEC, USPTO, NIH), China (NMPA, CNIPA), Japan (PMDA, JPO), Brazil (ANVISA, FAPESP), Canada (Health Canada, NRC IRAP), Australia (TGA), South Korea (MFDS, KIPO, NRF), and India (CDSCO, DST). Coverage expansion to additional ASEAN and Latin American markets is in development.
Yes. Our platform ingests and processes data in English, Portuguese (ANVISA, FAPESP), Chinese (NMPA), Japanese (PMDA), Korean (MFDS), and Spanish. Machine translation is applied to signal content, while original text is preserved for accuracy.
We cover grants and funding (academic, government, corporate), B2B lead signals (company formations, funding rounds, product launches, partnerships, hiring, expansion), competitive intelligence (patents, regulatory clearances, clinical trials, trade data), and market intelligence (regulatory frameworks, trade policies, economic indicators, investment programs).
Yes. We monitor ClinicalTrials.gov, EU CTIS, the Japanese JPRN registry, Brazilian ReBEC, the Chinese Clinical Trial Register, and the WHO ICTRP. Clinical trial starts, phase transitions, enrollment updates, and results publications are all treated as signals and scored alongside grant, funding, and competitive data.
Yes, our Starter plan is free and includes access to the live signal stream with up to 50 signals per day, basic filters by domain and region, and weekly email digests. It is designed for individual researchers and small teams exploring multi-domain signal intelligence.
We offer three tiers: Starter (free, 50 signals/day), Professional ($199/month, 500 signals/day, custom alerts, API access, Slack integration), and Enterprise (custom pricing, unlimited signals, dedicated support, SSO, custom scoring models, on-premise deployment option). All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding and training, custom signal scoring models tailored to your domains of interest, multi-user access with role-based permissions, SSO and SAML integration, priority support with 4-hour SLA, custom webhook and CRM integrations, and the option for on-premise or VPC deployment.
Yes. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to the Professional tier features. No credit card is required for the Starter plan. Enterprise trials include a guided onboarding call with our solutions team and a custom evaluation dashboard tailored to your market focus.
Yes. Our REST API provides programmatic access to all signal types and domains, lead data, and analytics endpoints. Professional plans include 10,000 API calls per month, Enterprise plans include unlimited calls. API documentation with OpenAPI 3.0 spec, authentication via API keys, and SDK examples in Python and JavaScript are available.
Yes. Webhooks allow you to receive real-time HTTP callbacks when new signals matching your filters are detected. Configure target URLs, select signal types and scoring thresholds, and map payload fields to your internal systems. Retry logic with exponential backoff and delivery logs are included.
We support CSV, JSON, and Excel exports from the dashboard. API responses return JSON. Enterprise customers can schedule automated exports to S3, SFTP, or Google Cloud Storage. Custom export formats are available for enterprise customers with specific data pipeline requirements.
We encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure is SOC 2 compliant, hosted on AWS with data residency options in US, EU, and APAC regions. We do not share customer data or signal configurations with third parties. Enterprise customers can request penetration testing reports and SOC 2 audit documentation.
